Simply browsing this website does not identify you as a customer or require you to provide any personal information. How your enquiry is sent
This website does not process payments and does not store submitted enquiries in a database of its own. The enquiry form prepares a message that you then send yourself, via your own WhatsApp or email application, directly to our booking desk. Once sent, that message is handled the same way any WhatsApp message or email to us would be — subject to the privacy practices of WhatsApp or your email provider in addition to our own.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this website and respond to guests, generally limited to: a website hosting provider, a website analytics provider, WhatsApp (for messaging), and standard email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We choose providers that are widely used and reputable, and we do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
