1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to anyone using this website and to anyone who books a stay at Dandeli Jungle Camp, Pradhani, whether through our enquiry form, by phone, by WhatsApp, or by email. Sending an enquiry, paying a booking deposit, or arriving as a guest each constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please raise it with our booking desk before confirming a stay.
2. Itinerary Changes
Any itinerary, activity schedule or timing we share with you is a plan, not a contract for a fixed sequence of events. We may alter the order, timing or content of an itinerary for reasons including guest safety, guest comfort, weather, forest department access rules, or the practical realities of locating wildlife on a given day. Our guides and program leaders make these calls on the ground, and we ask guests to trust that judgment rather than insist on a rigid schedule.
3. Wildlife Disclaimer
Dandeli Jungle Camp sits within a genuinely wild landscape, not a managed enclosure, and we never guarantee sightings of any specific species — tigers, leopards, elephants or otherwise. Wildlife viewing depends on season, weather, habitat use and chance. 4. Liability Limitations
Several activities offered during your stay — including river rafting, safaris and certain excursions — may be operated by third-party operators rather than directly by the camp. While we take reasonable care in the operators we work with, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or service failures of third parties, including transport operators, activity vendors, or forest department authorities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform, or delay in performing, any part of your booking where that failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural calamities (such as floods, landslides or extreme weather), strikes or labour action, political disturbances, government or forest department restrictions, or the failure of third-party transport or utilities. Where such an event affects your stay, we will work with you in good faith on reasonable alternatives, but we cannot guarantee a specific remedy in every case.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of our guides, program leaders and staff at all times, particularly during forest, river or wildlife activities where instructions exist for safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive to other guests, or damaging to the property or the surrounding forest, without obligation to refund charges already incurred.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates and are confirmed by our booking desk at the time of enquiry. Prices can change with little notice due to season, demand or supplier costs, and the rate confirmed to you at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your stay. This website does not process payments directly; any deposit or payment is arranged directly with the booking desk, and paying a booking deposit binds you to these terms and to any specific booking conditions communicated to you in writing at that time.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your home jurisdiction.
